1. About RentalSafe UK
RentalSafe UK ('we', 'us', 'our') is an AI-powered tenancy agreement analysis service operated from the United Kingdom. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
2. Information Only - Not Legal Advice
The reports we produce are for information purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice. You should not rely solely on a RentalSafe UK report when making any decisions about a tenancy agreement. If in doubt, seek independent legal advice from a qualified solicitor or advice service such as Shelter or Citizens Advice.
3. Accuracy of Reports
We use AI to analyse contracts. While we aim for accuracy, AI analysis can make mistakes or miss context. We make no warranty that reports are complete, accurate, or free from error. You use reports at your own risk.
4. Payment and Refunds
Reports cost £29 (or £19 with a valid referral code). Payment is one-time with no subscription. Once report generation begins you are not entitled to a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, as this is digital content delivered immediately. If generation fails due to a technical fault on our side, we will refund you in full.
5. Your Data
We store your uploaded tenancy agreement and any property photos for 90 days, then permanently delete them. We do not share your documents with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Prohibited Use
You must not use RentalSafe UK for any unlawful purpose, to analyse documents you do not have the right to share, or to attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse our AI systems.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentalSafe UK shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including financial loss) arising from reliance on a report. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
